Shipping & Pre-Order Status

At Evercia, we’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and transparently as possible. Please read the following carefully for information on shipping timelines and pre-order status:


Shipping (In-Stock Items)

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Pre-Order Items

Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance.

  • Estimated Ship Date: The expected shipping date for each pre-order item is listed on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated date and may be subject to change due to production or shipping delays.

  • Combined Orders: If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

  • Order Updates: We’ll keep you updated via email if there are significant delays or changes to your pre-order.


Shipping Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to meet all shipping estimates, delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs for international orders

  • High volume during sales or launches

  • Pre-order production delays
